The program is seeking qualified persons to fill the following two (2) vacan position:
Research Analiyst for Papua and West Papua ( Ref. no: 001-RA-PWP)
Research Analiyst for Nusa Tenggara and East Java ( Ref. no: 001-RA-NTEJ)
Purpose:
To support the quality assurance (QA) of PERA studies and to provide data management and analyses in other AIPD activities.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications un accounting, economics, or other fields related to Public Finance Management.
- A minimumof two years experience inresearch work related to Public Finance Managemantin both central and sub-national levels, Fresh graduated are wlcome to apply.
- Strong capacity in quantitative researches and in data management, especially using the SATA software
- Strong understanding and experience ao analyzing and managing data related to sub-national PFM, such as SUSENAS, SIKD, APBN, PODES, and GRDP.
- Strong understanding of GOI’s public financial systemsand desentralitation issues.
- Proven ability to deliver high quality outputs on time.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English and well-developed interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good team player.
