AIPD

The Austraslia Indonesia Patnershipfor Decentralisation (AIPD) is a five-year program providing technical assisteance and capacity building support to local government and civil society to better manage public resource, leading to improved service delivery an reduced poverty.

The program is seeking qualified persons to fill the following two (2) vacan position:
Research Analiyst for Papua and West Papua ( Ref. no: 001-RA-PWP)
Research Analiyst for Nusa Tenggara and East Java ( Ref. no: 001-RA-NTEJ)

Purpose:
To support the quality assurance (QA) of PERA studies and to provide data management and analyses in other AIPD activities.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications un accounting, economics, or other fields related to Public Finance Management.
  • A minimumof two years experience inresearch work related to Public Finance Managemantin both central and sub-national levels, Fresh graduated are wlcome to apply.
  • Strong capacity in quantitative researches and in data management, especially using the SATA software
  • Strong understanding and experience ao analyzing and managing data related to sub-national PFM, such as SUSENAS, SIKD, APBN, PODES, and GRDP.
  • Strong understanding of GOI’s public financial systemsand desentralitation issues.
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality outputs on time.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English and well-developed interpersonal skill
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good team player.
